Manual & Procedures of Adoption of the Model byelaws:-
1. Call a Managing Committee to recommend to the General Body for adoption of the Model Bye_laws as Prescribed by the Commissioner of Co-operation and Registrar, as per 97th Constitutional Amendment and Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Ordinance 2013.
2. Call a Special General Body Meeting with 14 days of Notice.
3. Write the Minutes of the Special General Body Meeting.
4. Call a Managing Committee Meeting to approve the minutes of the Special General body Meeting. In the meeting authorize the office bearers to sign the documents for submission to the Dy Registrar for adoption of the Model Bye_laws.
5. Fill up the blanks in the Model bylaws Book [May be available with the Federation by the time, the SGM is held. Right now, it is available in www.societywiki.com under Govt. Notification Section - Down load and take prints]
6. Prepare the Document as prescribed.
7. Submit the forms along with the two sets of Model bylaws with the Dy. Registrar along requisite Non Judicial Stamp. [Stamp amount, please verify from the Department at the time of filling] Along with the document submit.
- SGM Minutes
- Certified copy of the M C resolution
- Last Audited Balance Sheet
- Two sets of byelaws duly filled in.
8. Follow up with the Department and collect the order approving the adoption of the Model byelaws and a copy of the bylaws with approval stamp on the same.
