Subject: Online Annual General Meeting

Please refer to our AGM notice regarding conducting Annual General Meeting of the Society Members on ____________ 2021.

In continuation thereof this is to inform all members the modus operandi for the meeting is as under:

(i)                   Participation: The online participation will be allowed only to those members whose names appear on the Share Certificate. 

(ii)                 Identification: Members have to login using their building name / wing / flat No. so as the same can be displayed on the screen for easy identification.

(iii)             Number of participants: Only one owner from the respective unit will be allowed to participate in the meeting.

(iv)              The date and timings are re-narrated below: ______day, ____^th March 2021 Time _______ am / pm (In the event of non-fulfillment of the required quorum the meeting will be postponed for half an hour and thereafter it will be conducted with present quorum).

(v)                Duration:  1 hour. Thereafter the system will automatically close the meeting.

(vi)              Communication: This communication is sent to all members via email (on the available email IDs) 

(vi)       The Link for the online meet is as under:

(vii)               Mute/Unmute Mode:   All participants are requested to keep themselves on mute mode and make themselves available on un-mute mode only when they want to participate. If these instructions are not followed the moderator will use his discretion and turn the concerned participant on mute mode.

(viii)                 First online Meet: Since this would be first of such online meet all members are requested to render necessary co-operation.
