It will be duty of the Society to provide at least one parking space to all the members from the available parking spaces. Society cannot demand corpus fund from members on the pretext of providing parking spaces. Secondly, builder has right to sell the garages as specified under model byelaws, however, open Parking spaces and stilts cannot be sold either by builder or by the Society.
